The wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120°C. Generally, the appropriate temperature range is about 70-90°C, as too high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed. This is because there are no hair cuticles to retain the color for an extended period, and the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

To wear the wig, follow these steps: a) Gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b) Put on the wig cap; c) Place the wig on and adjust the inner net buckle; d) Keep the wig in place.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb, then shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, and dry with a towel. Gently shake the wig to regain its style, and then allow it to air dry.

All wigs will shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time, which is normal. Use a wide-tooth comb to gently remove the hair from the ends to the roots, and the wig fiber will no longer shed or tangle. (Tip: For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb with your fingers.)

The hairstyle may differ slightly from the batch due to the hand-trimming process, so you can restyle the wig as needed. Additionally, the color may vary slightly depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings, but we strive to accurately represent the colors on all our products.

Please note that due to extrension during packaging or transport, the wig might be out of shape when received. This can be easily rectified by combing it for a minute or two, or using an electric hair rod to straighten it, and the wig will then match the picture.

The wig is approximately 12 inches/30 cm in length, and the maximum circumference is around 20-21 inches/51-53 cm (with a normal 1-2 cm error). The size is adjustable.
